MEET THE BOARD

With a background in chemistry but a flair for numbers, John has been Treasurer at Kingston Bereavement Support for many years and we don't know what we would do without him!

Christina is a Kingston resident with a keen interest in mental wellbeing and passion about supporting her local community. She is a chartered accountant with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is committed to applying her skillset in supporting KBS's continuity of service and financial strength so that bereavement does not prevent anyone in the community from fulfilling their potential.

Beverley joined our Board in 2022. Beverley is on the Senior Leadership Team of a Local Authority, with over 25 years’ experience in the local government public sector.  Beverley lives locally and brings a compassionate understanding of the importance of wellbeing.  She is keen that KBS continues to provide high quality bereavement support to local people who need it.

Helen is a psychotherapist and supervisor in the NHS and private practice, specialising in cancer support, palliative care and bereavement. She also had a previous career as an applied social policy researcher and is passionate about improving access to counselling.

Tara spent 24 years working in the private sector in the field of organisational change.  She now works independently with organisations to help them effectively support the wellbeing and mental health of their people. She lives locally and is keen to help KBS support Kingston and the surrounding community with one of the toughest challenges anyone ever has to face.
