Most of us will experience bereavement at some point in our lives. Grief is a normal emotion, but if you need support in coming to terms with your loss we are here to help.

ADULT COUNSELLING

We deliver a high quality bereavement counselling service for the community of Kingston upon Thames with equal access to all who need it. We welcome and respect people from all backgrounds.

The death of someone significant can be a challenging and confusing time for children. The Saying Goodbye Project offers bereavement support for children and young people who live or study in Kingston.

As a registered charity we rely on donations and fundraising to deliver our services. Every pound raised has a profound effect on the people we help. Contributions of all sizes are very much appreciated.

SUPPORTING THE KINGSTON COMMUNITY FOR OVER 30 YEARS

Our bereavement counselling is available to people of all ages who are living, working or studying in Kingston upon Thames. We have a team of around 30 trained volunteer counsellors, supported by experienced supervisors.

We also offer training support for health, social care and education professionals and local employers to help develop their understanding of the bereavement process and its impact.
